CNA - PT - 2nd shift
About The Position
Moosehaven is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This part-time position is for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) in the Skilled Unit, requiring every other weekend availability. The role involves delivering compassionate, direct resident care, following resident care plans and physician orders, taking vital signs, weighing residents, assisting with specimens, and aiding residents with bathing and dressing. Moosehaven is a 67-acre retirement community located in Orange Park, Florida, with a long history of caring for seniors.
Requirements
- Valid CNA License
- CPR / BLS certificate (online certification not accepted)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct resident care.
- Perform all care-related procedures.
- Carry out assignments per resident care plan and physician orders.
- Take vital signs.
- Weigh residents.
- Assist in obtaining specimens from residents.
- Help in bathing and dressing residents.
