About The Position

Join Our Compassionate Care Team at Suite Living Senior Care! Assisted Living & Memory Care Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors? At Suite Living Senior Care, we provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in beautifully designed, intimate communities-each with 32 units, including 10 dedicated Memory Care apartments. We're growing and looking for Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our team at West Saint Paul!

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM shift (2pm-10pm)
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend

Nice To Haves

• CNA Certification preferred
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
