CNA Full-time for 1st Shift
About The Position
Oaknoll Retirement Residence is seeking full-time Certified Nurse Aides to join its nursing care team. CNAs provide resident-centered care and services, help create a home for residents, and build lasting relationships with residents and coworkers. The organization aims to support joyful, active, connected lives for residents and meaningful, fulfilling work for staff. The scheduled hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Some holidays and every other weekend are required. Wages start at $19.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Be a certified nurse aide in Iowa, be active on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry, or be able to become certified within four months of hire.
- Be able to work collaboratively in a self-managed team environment.
- Have strong verbal communication skills for interacting with residents, their families, and coworkers.
