About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) provides high-quality, compassionate direct care to residents, treating them with dignity and respect and supporting their choices. The role includes reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN and documenting care in the POC system. CNAs are expected to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks. New and experienced CNAs are welcome.

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Have BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
