About The Position

Home Again is seeking a caring, reliable, and compassionate CNA who is passionate about helping residents live their best lives. The role involves providing high-quality, hands-on care to residents, supporting them with daily activities, mobility, and engagement. Requirements

• A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• A genuine passion for helping seniors
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure
• A team-player mindset and a positive attitude
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing
• Supporting residents during meals
• Helping with mobility, including walking escorts and wheelchair assistance
• Offering reminders for meals and activities
• Responding to resident call signals
• Participating in Life Enrichment activities and helping residents stay engaged
• Other supportive duties as needed
