About The Position
La Vida Llena Life Plan Retirement Community is a well-established CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for compassionate CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing team! Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing, licensed nurses provide quality care to residents which are supportive and complementary to nursing practice in a high-acuity skilled nursing environment. Shifts: Full time NOC (6p - 6a) PRN all shifts Wages: $18.00 - $23.62 / hr DOE Shift differentials: $1.25 NOC shift
Requirements
- Current licensure in good standing as a CNA in the applicable community State
- Compassion and desire to work with older adults
- Physical ability to perform job: standing, walking, use of hand and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Pass criminal background check, meet health requirements, including TB test.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.
- Offer supportive and complementary care to nursing practice in a high-acuity skilled nursing environment.
