Requirements
- Active California CNA certification
- Passion for caring for the geriatric population
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized care by observing and reporting residents’ needs and conditions
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily requests in a friendly manner
- Support nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Assist with meal service to ensure residents receive proper nutrition and an enjoyable dining experience
- Act as a key communicator, reporting important updates to the clinical team to maintain resident safety
