The PRN CNA will be responsible for promoting and restoring patients’ health by utilizing standards of medical nursing practice to increase the quality of care and quality of life for the patient and family. The CNA will be responsible for assessing patients and communicating with the physician. The CNA will also collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure the delivery of quality care. The CNA will establish an effective relationship with the patient and will serve as a liaison between the patient and patient's family. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The team member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that each patient experience exceeds expectations. Shift differential of up to 18% for midnights and/or weekends. Shift differential is based on specific hours/days. More information is available upon request.
