About The Position

This position requires an active Wisconsin CNA certification. Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is preferred. The role involves assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, toileting, feeding, and personal care. The CNA must be able to obtain and document vital signs and promptly report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations is preferred, along with strong skills in resident safety, infection control, communication, and teamwork.
