About The Position
This is a Per Diem/PRN CNA position available for both day and night shifts in Columbus, GA. The role involves providing direct patient care and assisting residents with daily living activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year CNA experience required

Responsibilities
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting or incontinence care.
- Assist residents with walking, transferring between beds and wheelchairs, and repositioning bedbound residents to prevent pressure sores.
- Serve meal trays, feed residents who need assistance, and track fluid and food intake.
- Measure and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and daily output (urine/bowel movements).
- Alert LPNs or RNs immediately about changes in a resident’s physical condition, skin breakdown, mood, or behavior.
- Keep resident rooms clean and safe, answer call lights promptly, change bed linens, and provide emotional support.
