About The Position
Moosehaven is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This part-time position is for the Skilled Unit, offering 8 hours per week on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), with every other weekend work required. A shift differential is offered. Moosehaven is a retirement community with over 100 years of experience in senior care, located on a 67-acre campus in Orange Park, Florida.
Requirements
- Valid CNA License
- CPR / BLS certificate (online certification not accepted)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct resident care to residents.
- Perform all care-related procedures.
- Carry out assignments per resident care plan, physician orders and/or directed by charge nurse.
- Take vital signs.
- Weigh residents.
- Assist in obtaining specimens from residents.
- Help in bathing and dressing residents.
- Perform many other care-related responsibilities.
