About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment with a client in Mariposa, California. The CNA provides patient care and physical assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene, responds to patient calls, supports patient mobility and repositioning, and helps ensure dietary needs are met. The role involves gathering information about patient conditions and care plans from physicians, caregivers, and nurses. The listed work schedules are 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m., with a pay rate of $30–$32 per hour.

Requirements

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification (required).
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and patient care skills.

Nice To Haves

• Travel experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide great patient care.
• Answer patient calls and determine how best to help them.
• Provide physical support with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing, and exercising.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
• Ensure patients receive an appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
• Obtain information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions, treatment plans, and suggested activities.
