- Current CNA certification in MN
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior living preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily routines
- Support independence while ensuring safety and comfort
- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Observe and communicate changes to the care team
