Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Experience in a healthcare or assisted living environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
  • Additional certifications (e.g., QMAP).
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities.
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report changes.
  • Document resident care and observations.
  • Participate in resident care planning.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
