Forest Hills of DC is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Day Shift. Requirements

Current District of Columbia CNA license with Board of Nursing
Current CPR license
Excellent communication skills
Ability to relate information concerning residents’ health
Meet general health requirements
Ability to carry, push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty pounds
Personal integrity, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with residents

Responsibilities

Assist Forest Hills of DC residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, locomotion, feeding) in accordance with individualized care plan.
Assist Forest Hills residents in Assisted Living/Memory Care with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, meal prep, and engaging interactions, following their individualized care plans.
Assist residents in meeting their personal care needs and provide individualized attention while encouraging resident involvement in self-care.
