About The Position
Logan Health is hiring CNAs and providing everything you need to get there: paid classroom instruction, hands-on clinical experience, and full support to pass the Montana State CNA exam — all while earning a paycheck as a Logan Health employee from day one. You'll be interviewed and hired into a specific unit and schedule before training begins, so you know exactly where you're headed, and your team is ready for you. Upon passing the Montana state written and skills exam, you'll step into your CNA role — fully certified, fully supported, and built for a long-term career at Logan Health.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoring
- Support patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignity
- Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
