Right at Home is seeking dependable, skilled CNA professionals to join our dynamic in-home care team. Requirements

  • Physically capable and confident in assisting with transfers and mobility support
  • Reliable, respectful, and patient-focused
  • Comfortable working independently in a home setting
  • Strong communicators who build trust with clients and families

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
  • Supporting safe ambulation and transfers (including use of gait belts and lifts)
  • Helping with mobility and physical support needs
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
  • Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
  • Medication reminders
  • Range of motion exercises
  • Blood glucose monitoring assistance
  • Incontinence and bed-bound care
  • Hospice supportive care
