About The Position
This role requires an active North Dakota CNA certification. Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Rehabilitation, or similar patient care settings is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, mobility and transfers, vital signs monitoring, and ensuring patient safety. The ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff is crucial. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
