About The Position
As a CNA here, you'll provide hands-on personal care and get to know the residents you support. Hearthstone is the assisted living community at The Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. Build real relationships with residents in a close-knit assisted living community.
Requirements
- Active Illinois CNA certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care to residents
- Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
- Support residents with daily activities and personal routines
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through consistent, attentive care
