About The Position

The Village at Inverness, a Lutheran Life Villages Memory Care Assisted Living, is hiring CNA's for 2nd shift and In-House Pool (PRN) with availability to work 2nd shift. Requirements

Satisfactory completion of the approved Indiana State Board of Health (ISDH) 105 Hour Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent.
CNA license/certification must be active and in good standing with the state registry and must be maintained in accordance with the ISDH requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
Strong communication skills.
Understanding of the basic needs and concerns of the elderly with the ability to patiently handle various resident behaviors.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

One (1) year experience in a long-term care facility or health care setting preferred.
Memory Care experience highly preferred.
