About The Position

Oaknoll Retirement Residence is seeking CNAs to join their At-Home with Oaknoll team. This is a part-time position with varying shifts that will require working weekends and some holidays. The role involves providing one-on-one care for residents in their homes and around the campus, fostering personal connections, and helping residents maintain independence. Responsibilities may include driving residents to appointments and errands.

Requirements

• Must be a certified on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
• A valid driver's license and a clean certified driving record (provided before hire) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one care for residents within their homes and around Oaknoll campuses.
• Developing personal connections with residents.
• Helping residents maintain their independence.
• Driving residents to appointments, errands, or other meetings.
