Requirements
- Active Indiana CNA License with no sanctions.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of CNA experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Giving residents personal care and assistance in performing activities of daily living.
- Responding to resident requests.
- Monitoring resident condition and reporting special care needs or concerns to appropriate staff.
- Demonstrating excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication and great teamwork skills.
