About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2nd shift. Nestled in the beautiful Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, St. Dominic Villa provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. The Certified Nursing Assistant performs person-centered personal cares for the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
