About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and their families. The role applies sound decision-making skills to deliver basic care and support patient services. This position is at MultiCare Capital Medical Center, a 107-bed community hospital serving Olympia and surrounding communities. The position is 0.9 FTE, with 12-hour night shifts and alternating weekends.
Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA license.
- Current BLS Certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage basic care activities while delivering customer service-oriented care to patients.
- Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
- Advocate for ethical, holistic care that promotes patients’ autonomy, dignity, and health.
- Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
