About The Position
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
Requirements
- A current and valid Michigan CNA Certification (a must!)
- The ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions like a pro.
- A heart for helping others and the physical ability to lift, stand, bend, transfer, stretch, walk, push, and pull as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
- Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
- Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
- Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
- Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
- Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
- Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.
