Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)

Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines, including grooming, dressing, and overall well-being within an assisted living community
- Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation to ensure consistent resident support
- Conduct routine resident check-ins to promote comfort, safety, and engagement
- Assist residents during meals and provide support with mobility and assistive devices as needed
- Build positive relationships with residents and encourage participation in community activities and daily routines
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a welcoming, resident-centered experience that enhances quality of life
