About The Position
The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN. The CNA assists with patient care, proactively anticipating the needs of patients and families. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to patients’ needs and collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
Requirements
- Kansas Certified Nurse Assistant certification through the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.
- Applicable experience: less than one year.
