About The Position
Cascades, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates and a Certified Great Place to Work, is seeking CNAs for their 7p-7a shift. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of aging guests and their families, build lasting bonds, and experience career growth. The position is part of a hiring event with on-the-spot interviews.
Requirements
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
