This position supports patients/residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and ambulation. The CNA will take vital signs, measure height and weight, and maintain patient rooms. They will observe and report changes in patient condition, orient patients and families to the unit, and instruct on safety measures. The role also involves assisting with clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and maintaining medical records, as well as managing stock supply items. The CNA will perform duties within the scope of a Nurse Aide I and may perform technical tasks like administering 12-Lead ECG tests and routine venipuncture after appropriate training.
