About The Position

Our vibrant campus in Dearborn offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing—all in one supportive, resident-centered community. We’re currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are compassionate, hard-working, and committed to providing the highest level of care to join our Skilled Nursing team.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification from the State Board of Nursing (Required)
- A heart for senior care and a genuine desire to serve
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and a team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, high-quality care in a calm, respectful, and professional manner
- Promptly respond to resident needs and requests
- Ensure thorough documentation of resident care and daily activities
- Monitor skin integrity and report any changes immediately
- Assist with bathing, mobility, toileting, and feeding as needed
- Reposition and check in with residents every 2 hours
- Maintain privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
- Escort residents as needed and support ambulation
- Use proper techniques and equipment for transfers, positioning, and infection control
- Communicate clearly with nurses and teammates to ensure coordinated, safe care
- Act as a role model for professionalism, kindness, and teamwork
