CNA Weekend Program
About The Position
Peter Becker Community is seeking a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing Department. This overnight position offers consistency, hands-on experience, and a supportive team environment — plus one weekend off per month! Weekend CNAs earn an extra $5 per hour on top of our competitive shift differentials! The schedule is every weekend from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with one weekend off each month. Peter Becker Community is a faith-based, nonprofit continuing care retirement community serving Montgomery County and beyond. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active CNA License in Pennsylvania
- Reliability, compassion, and a heart for caring for older adults
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
