About The Position
The Gardens at Stevens is hiring dietary aides, cooks, and housekeeping staff that are willing to work part time in our housekeeping or dietary department, and train in a free class to be a Certified Nursing Assistant! If you're willing to work part time in our housekeeping or dietary department, and take our free CNA Training Program, this is your chance to start a new career!
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be onboarded as an employee at The Gardens at Stevens and work part-time before the course begins.
- Must have reliable transportation to Rest Haven in York, PA.
- Work in an entry-level role such as: Dietary Aide or Cook, Housekeeping or Laundry, or Activities Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Work part-time in housekeeping or dietary department prior to class start.
- Attend free CNA Training Program.
- Complete lecture & lab sessions.
- Complete clinical training.
- Take final exam and graduate.
