CNA TRAINEE Class - HYBRID Program
About The Position
UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering a HYBRID CNA Trainee Program that is partly online and partly in person. The program is four weeks long. The first two weeks are fully online, the third week is a combination of online coursework and in-person instruction, and the fourth week involves clinical training. Upon completion of the program, participants will take the NYS certification exam. Classroom and clinical instruction will take place at the Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, NY. Candidates must complete all online materials to attend clinical instruction. Upon successful completion of the program and certification, participants are guaranteed a CNA position with UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health. The program offers a $1500 bonus to those who complete the required online coursework. Hourly pay of $20.00 begins during the fourth week of organizational orientation and onsite clinical. The online portion of the program is unpaid. After certification, pay ranges from $21.12 to $25.24 per hour. Generous benefits and PTO are offered to all employees.
