Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in health status
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Document care accurately in our electronic health record system
