About The Position

Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community. We have invested substantially in advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment, which has attracted our top-notch medical staff and a team of highly skilled nurses. We are a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center. The Certified Nursing Assistants provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED required
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
• State registered CNA license required

Nice To Haves

• Six months previous CNA experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.
