CNA, Surgical Floor | Day Shift | (3x12)
About The Position
At Logan Health, our Surgical Unit team is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced hospital setting. At Logan Health, our Surgical Unit CNAs play a vital role in post-operative care, supporting patients recovering from a wide variety of procedures. You’ll work closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
Requirements
- Montana CNA license in good standing
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Compassionate, patient-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous acute care or surgical unit experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and monitoring
- Support patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignity
- Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication
- Collaborate with a high-performing care team focused on surgical recovery
