About The Position

Responsibilities

• Create and manage CNA schedules, approve time-off, handle call-ins, and arrange shift coverage.
• Train and orient new CNA hires, conduct competency evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee the delivery of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and monitor restorative, hydration, and weight management programs.
• Make frequent rounds on the halls to ensure quality of care, step in to assist with hands-on care during staffing shortages, and help during emergencies.
• Ensure CNA documentation is accurate and compliant. Document ongoing in-service training and ensure staff meet annual education requirements
