About The Position
Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patients in a behavioral health and substance use treatment environment. This role is part of the STARS Program and operates on the night shift.
Requirements
- Active Oregon CNA license required
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or fast-paced care experience required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass pre-employment/post-offer drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Behavioral health or substance use treatment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living and patient care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient assessments and interactions accurately
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Support nursing staff in a fast-paced care setting
- Follow facility policies and safety protocols
