About The Position

FMOL Health is excited to partner with Rosebud Healthcare and Training Center to offer individuals the opportunity to begin a rewarding career through our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Sponsorship Program. This CNA Cohort is specifically designed for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Interdisciplinary Team, where participants will serve as Adult Care Assistants. The Adult Care Assistant plays a vital role in supporting PACE participants by providing personal care, companionship, transportation assistance, and other supportive services under the direction of the interdisciplinary care team. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to successfully complete a one-way Spark Hire video interview.
• Education and employment history must successfully pass verification through an approved third-party vendor.
• Valid Louisiana Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Must meet all FMOLHS-approved driver qualifications.
• Ability to safely transport participants in accordance with organizational policies.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to PACE participants.
