About The Position
FMOL Health is partnering with Rosebud Healthcare and Training Center to offer a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Sponsorship Program. This program is designed for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Interdisciplinary Team, where participants will work as Adult Care Assistants. The Adult Care Assistant will support PACE participants by providing personal care, companionship, transportation assistance, and other supportive services under the direction of the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to PACE participants.
- Offer companionship to PACE participants.
- Provide transportation assistance to PACE participants.
- Offer other supportive services as directed by the interdisciplinary care team.
