Requirements
- Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and remain in good standing
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Maintain an active Nebraska CNA certification through DHHS
- Demonstrate integrity, compassion, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care
