About The Position
Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide individualized resident care within a Skilled Nursing Facility environment.
Requirements
- Active California CNA license required
- Less than 1 year of experience accepted
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong patient care and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient and resident care
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Perform assessments of new or ill residents
- Document patient information per facility policy
- Report condition changes to nursing staff
- Assist with rounds and monitor residents after falls or injuries
- Promote teamwork with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Float to other units as needed
- Support resident comfort and safety
