About The Position

As a part of our valuable CNA PRN Float Pool, you will be eligible for our PRN incentive! This PRN Float pool spans across all of our locations. You can pick up shifts at any or all of the facilities below: STRIVE (Prophetstown), Winning Wheels (Prophetstown), Pinnacle Place (Savanna), Big Meadows (Savanna). All hours from 2p-6a are eligible for a $3 shift differential.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Must be able to work PRN shifts.
• Must be willing to float between multiple facilities.
• Must meet attendance requirements for incentive eligibility (no lates/call-offs/early outs).

Responsibilities

• Pick up and work shifts across multiple facilities.
• Adhere to attendance policies (no lates/call-offs/early outs) to be eligible for incentives.
• Work shifts during the hours of 2p-6a to be eligible for a shift differential.

Benefits

• PRN incentive program with tiered hourly bonuses based on shifts worked and attendance.
• $3 shift differential for hours worked between 2p-6a.
