About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to patients in their homes in the Raleigh and surrounding areas. As a member of the Assistive Care team, you will support clients with activities of daily living, household tasks, and companion care, helping them to live safely and independently. Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care services following a written plan of care by a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Perform household support tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare and assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Aid with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Perform vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
