About The Position

We are hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care for a direct care client in and around Jacksonville, NC. The client's hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm. Must be able to work in a home with dogs and cats. Requirements

• At least one year of experience in senior care is valued, but comprehensive training is offered for those new to home care.

• Must be able to work in a home with dogs and cats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, fall prevention, mobility support, bed-bound care, meal preparation, and safety supervision.
• Provide heartfelt companion care, offering cognitive support for clients living with dementia through engaging conversations, activity planning, and gentle redirection when needed.
