About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide direct, one-on-one care to medically fragile individuals in Leland, NC and surrounding areas. CNAs at this company can focus on patient care with flexible and predictable schedules, supported day or night. The role involves full-time and part-time shifts.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification
• Copy of TB test
• Current CPR
• Valid state identification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must display good emotional health
• Must be able to physically tolerate standing, bending, and lifting within guidelines and teaching provided by the state
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions and document care as directed
• Must demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward providing services
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
• Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living (bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, etc.)
• Range of motion activities
• Bolus feeding
• Catheterization
• Oral/Nasal suctioning
• Oxygen administration
