About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide direct, one-on-one care to medically fragile individuals in Whiteville, NC and surrounding areas. The role focuses on making a difference in the lives of patients and their families, offering flexible and predictable schedules with full support. This position involves various job duties to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Aide I or II certification
- Copy of TB test
- Current CPR
- Valid state identification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must displace good emotional health and be able to physically tolerate much standing, bending and lifting within guidelines and teaching provided by the state
- Must be able to read and follow written instructions
- Must demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward providing services
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
- Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly
Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living (bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, etc.)
- Range of motion activities
- Bolus feeding
- Catheterization
- Oral/Nasal suctioning
- Oxygen administration
- Document the care as directed
