What You’ll Be Doing Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc. Help prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities Provide assistance in the dining room – serving meals and clearing tables Respond promptly to resident emergency call system Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors Communicate professionally with residents and families Maintain required care documentation per state regulations Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization Help answer phones as needed Who We’re Looking For CNA certification preferred, but PCA/DCS certification may be accepted High School diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, professional, and dependable team player Who We Are At Spring Arbor Senior Living, we create a warm, family-like environment where residents feel loved and cared for. Requirements

  • CNA certification preferred, but PCA/DCS certification may be accepted
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
