Requirements
- CNA certification or PCA certification (or willing to obtain)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.)
- Support residents during meals and activities
- Respond promptly to resident calls and needs
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure residents' comfort and safety
- Help maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
- Assist with laundry and phone calls as needed
