About The Position
ACE Healthcare is seeking a CNA or PCA for Home Healthcare in the Newnan, GA area. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a Home Healthcare setting with a medically fragile child. This role involves providing direct care to a client in their home to ensure they are comfortable, well-cared for, and engaged. Flexibility in approach is important to keep the client safe and comfortable. Responsibilities include assisting clients with transfers from chairs/beds, ambulating safely around their home, and assisting with walking, including the use of a walker, wheelchair, and stander when applicable.
Requirements
- Current Negative TB Test/Chest X-Ray.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Must pass background checks.
- At least one year of home health experience.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must know how to use the Hoyer lift.
- Must have home care experience.
- Pediatric Experience is needed.
Nice To Haves
- Vital Signs Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred).
- CNA/PCA/HHA (Preferred).
Responsibilities
